    Thank you for purchasing with Pleats!

    We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a refund. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

    How to return your item?
    To return an item please go to your order and click on 'Return Skirt(s)'. Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Once your return request has been submitted, you may use the prepaid shipping label we have sent with your order to send the skirt(s) back to us. Please make sure to include your packing slip in the package. 

    The merchandise must be returned within 12 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.  Please note; you will be responsible for all shipping charges. A $10 return/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid shipping label we have provided. You may also use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your return. We will not be responsible for any lost or unreturned packages.

    If you send back an item that has been purchased in our store your return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for refund processing. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
